Then once they're full, we tale them to a CoinStar location to be changed in for actual cash. (Makes the piggy banks MUCH lighter and more room for more money!) Then, once their piggy banks are full of bills, we deposit the money into the kids' savings accounts. That way, they gain interest and the kids have cash set aside for their futures. And to think, it's all because of pocket change that would otherwise be tossed into a drawer or dish! Turn your Coins Into Tunes! You probably already use Coinstar kiosks at your grocery store to cash in your leftover change, but now it’s gotten even more fun! Bring your coins to the Coinstar kiosk, select an iTunes eGift Card, pour that jar of coins in and get your eCertificate for an iTunes card.Yep, you heard me right, NO FEES on the transaction at all. You get an eCertificate for an iTunes eGift card right there on the spot. Not an iTunes fan? No worries, you can get great eGift cards from favorites like Nike, Gap, Toys “R” Us, Sears, Old Navy, Lowe’s and more! Pretty cool huh? Find a Coinstar Kiosk near you and drag that gallon of pennies down there right now. You’d be surprised how much they’re worth. ow just to get you in the mood we’re offering you a chance to win a $50 iTunes card! All you have to do is take a guess at the dollar value of the coins in this image. You’ll be entered to win one of 2 $50 iTunes cards. All winners who are within 10 cents of the real dollar value will be entered to win. (If there are multiple correct answers we will draw the winners at random). Don't want to guess? That's OK, you can still be entered to win a $25 iTunes Card to be drawn at random from all the entries! It’s easy. What are you waiting for? Simply enter on the Rafflecopter form below for your chance to WIN! Good luck!

Until I clean it falls to the bottom of my purse, (which makes it way a lot) then I gather it up and put in peanut butter jars, or roll up in coin holders if enough.

I used one when they first came out and you got a little slip of paper you took up to the customer service desk of the grocery store.

We use CoinStar pretty often. I waitress part time and hubby always has loose change that both put into a big jar. When it's full, we take it to CoinStar to change into money that we can actually use! We love it!

I have used CoinStar! All of our pocket change gets saved in a big jar and when it's time for a family vacation, we cash it in and divide it evenly among my 4 kids so they can buy souvenirs.
