Disclosure: I am a member of the Collective Bias® Social Fabric® Community. This shop has been compensated as part of a social shopper insights study forCollective Bias® andTyson #cbias #SocialFabric ![]() I have to say, I am definitely a #DoItAllMom . A lot of my friends have expressed that they have no idea how I can juggle fixing up our new home, taking care of two toddlers and a teen, nurturing a marriage, caring for our dogs and cats, and maintain my blog at the same time. I have to be honest, it does in fact involve juggling! I often have to pause in the middle of projects and go back to them when the house is blissfully quiet. It seems I am always either getting things done bits and pieces at a time, or I am multi-tasking and doing a zillion different things at once. (I wish I had a clone...Or at least an assistant...Hey! A girl can dream, right?!) So yes, I stay very, very busy. One of the ways I try and handle taking care of so many things at once is by having quick, convenient meals on hand. Especially breakfast, since the morning tends to be a bit hectic as the toddlers wake up, Kyle heads off to school, and Dan gets ready for work. (And no, neither my son or my husband are willing to prepare breakfast, unless it's cereal!) So when the folks at Collective Bias asked me to do a Social Shopper Insight Study featuring the brand new Tyson Fully Cooked Sausage Patties, I was very excited. All of my kids love sausage, and they ask for it on a regular basis. One of the things I love about sausage is its versatility. It can be used in so many different dishes, from breakfast dishes to lunches and even dinner entrees! While I have never worked with Tyson before, I do buy their chicken products. My kids love their chicken nuggets and I am really enjoying their mouth-watering bread bowls. So to see sausage added to their product line-up had me excited. I just knew we would love it since Tyson is a name I associate with quality and convenience. So I grabbed my husband and ran out to Sam's Club to grab our fully cooked sausage as well as a few other things we needed like snacks, drinks, construction paper, and batteries. My husband always seems to be convinced that we need batteries, but that's a whole different post entirely! We found the Tyson Fully Cooked Sausage Patties very quickly once we hit the freezer section of the store. I couldn't believe the size of the bag! It is a whopping 4lbs! This will be able to feed my family for quite awhile! It was actually our very first time shopping at Sam's Club, so we were blown away by the selection of the products there, as well as by the gargantuan size. I even found plenty of things at Sam's Club that I never even knew they carried! To check out my entire shopping experience, please visit my Google+ album! Once we got home, sure enough, Sophie was hungry. I decided to make her a simple sausage patty, a banana nut muffin and a fresh fruit salad with blackberries, mandarin oranges, and a simple syrup infused with lime, basil and mint. Yum! Needless to say, she happily gobbled it all up. Xander, my 2 year old, even helped her out and had a bit for himself. Spicy Southwestern Sausage, Egg & Cheese Rollie Recipe: My teen son, Kyle, heard I was making some new things with the Tyson Fully Cooked Sausage Patties. He wanted something a bit more creative. I decided to use my new Rollie egg-cooker and make an omelet "rollie". First, I took 2 large eggs, some shredded cheddar cheese, and some cut-up Tyson sausage pieces and I whisked them all together. I also added some sea salt and freshly ground black pepper for flavor. Once my egg, cheese and sausage mixture was mixed well, I poured it directly into my Rollie egg cooker. This is pretty neat because it operates just like a toaster! As the food becomes fully cooked, it will rise from the unit much like a piece of toast would. And if for some reason it doesn't rise all the way, you can use a skewer to assist or even pour the food out. The end result is an "omelet" that looks like a tube. One the rollie was done, I sliced it open and arranged it on the plate. It looked great with the sausage and cheese incorporated into the eggs! Kyle decided he wanted something Tex-Mex style, so I added some jalapeno slices and a hit mango salsa to the top of the rollie. I served this along with some blackberries and fresh pineapple slices. This quick and easy meal was a big hit! I am really enjoying trying out tons of different recipes using Tyson Fully Cooked Sausage. Since these patties only need to be microwaved or heated up in a skillet, I save a lot of time when making meals. This allows me to think outside of the box and get a bit more creative, but still get a meal on the table in mere minutes. And of course, the sausage tastes very good. It doesn't remind me at all of a frozen, prepared food. These patties are very, very fresh and flavorful. With the convenience of these great new sausage patties, I spend more time being a #DoItAllMom and less time cooking over a hot stove. You can purchase Tyson Fully Cooked Sausage Patties at Sam's Club. You can also connect with Tyson on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of their latest products and promotions! What do YOU do to save time when making meals? I'd love to hear about it!

Breakfast is definitely the most important meal of the day. And when it is healthy, nothing like it!
