Blast Off With Great Miles from Tomorrowland Toys From TOMY #Sponsored

Do your kiddos like to shoot for the stars or daydream about far away galaxies? I know mine sure do! One of their favorite ways to satisfy their appetite for all things space is by watching "Miles from Tomorrowland" on Disney Junior. 

Disney Junior's "Miles from Tomorrowland," an intergalactic adventure series, is rated as the #1 show on Disney and Disney Junior for boys age 2-5 years old. Of course the gals love it, too. My 5 year old, Sophie, can't get enough of the intergalactic adventure in this adorable, action-packed program! 

The TV series follows the explorations of Miles and his family - mom and ship captain, Phoebe; mechanical engineer dad, Leo; tech-savvy big sister, Loretta; and best friend pet robo-ostrich, Merc. Together, they explore new galaxies filled with peculiar aliens, space-age vehicles and high-tech gadgets, taking young viewers and their families on a futuristic journey designed to fuel kids' natural interest in space and at the same time reminding them of the importance of what lies close to home – the family bond.  

The folks at one of our favorite toy brands, TOMY, have recently launched an exciting line of toys featuring all of your favorite "Miles from Tomorrowland" characters. How cool is that?! 

We received a couple of exciting toys from the TOMY "Miles from Tomorrowland" line-up. We got Maximum Miles and Superstellar Blastboard. 

Maximum Miles, seen above, is a 10 inch tall figure, and features 8 key phrases, right from the show! He also comes equipped with a removable, hinged helmet and his favorite mode of transportation, the Blastboard. How cute is he?! 

Sophie and Xander absolutely adore Maximum Miles. They have a blast making him "fly" through space on his Blastboard. Since he's 10 inches tall, they also bring him back down to Earth and have him play with their other dolls in our huge doll mansion. Miles is versatile that way, and quite the sweet-talker with his 8, pre-programmed "Miles from Tomorrowland" phrases. The ladies think he's out of this world, apparently. 

But the real star of the show? Well, that would have to be the Superstellar Blastboard. My kids absolutely love this interactive toy!

This is a "ride-on" toy. No, it doesn't actually move or go anywhere, but the kids will never know that! This super-powered Blastboard offers little ones a chance to work on their balancing skills. There are 3 fun game modes, and these encourage children to pay attention to detail, follow simple instructions, and of course, get moving. 

Here are the 3 different games, as well as a brief description of them:

"Blastboard Surfing!" Keep up with Miles' Blastboard surfing directions to complete the mission.

"Light Speed!" Lean towards the flashing lights as fast as possible.

"Let's Race!" Your child can race against herself and move in any direction she chooses with the music.

Sophie and Xander have really had a lot of fun playing these games with their Superstellar Blastboard. 

Xander's favorite game is "Blastboard Surfing". He likes trying to follow the directions, either speeding up, slowing down, or turning to the left or right. When he doesn't succeed? No worries! The talking Blastboard encourages him to keep trying. 

Sophie is my Speed Demon, so she liked the other 2 games the best. They both allowed her to unleash her power, becoming the fastest in all the land. (That's what she said, at least!) 

Overall, we're absolutely loving the new "Miles from Tomorrowland" line of toys from the folks at TOMY. These toys are very well-made, are authentic to the hit Disney Junior series, and they're tons of fun. Whether it's playing make-believe with Maximum Miles or practicing their inter-stellar soaring with the Superstellar Blastboard, these toys provide hours and hours of entertainment.
