I have a little secret to let you in on. So Shhhh! Be sure not to tell anyone, especially the tabloids. (Like they have any clue who I am, haha) Anyway, here's my secret: I am 31 years old...But I don't like to admit it! I like to say that I recently celebrated the 2nd Anniversary of turning 29. After all, in the words of one of my all time favorite TV characters, Blanche Devereaux, "A lady never reveals her age!"
While age has brought me wonderful things like a home of my own, 3 amazing, quirky kids, and a whole lot more wisdom than I had 10 years ago, one thing I am not too thrilled about are the lines that come along with aging.
Since I have a good skin care routine, I really have no crows feet or laugh lines to speak of. But I do have this one pesky line on my forehead that I absolutely hate. When I look in the mirror, it mocks me...My husband swears that he can't even see it. But I know it's there, and that's all that matters. He usually mutters something unintelligible about women and their vanity and walks away, shaking his head.
Maintaining a healthy appearance starts with taking the proper precautions and using a skincare regiment that prevents these problems before they become visible. I have been using preventative skin care products for years, so thankfully, I don't really have too many fine lines. I am also very, very diligent about avoiding sun-exposure. The sun is the skin's worst enemy in many ways, so I never leave the house without proper SPF protection. Have you ever seen what tanning and sunning does to a person's skin over time? It's not pretty at all...Not only do wrinkles and lines develop more rapidly, the skin turns leathery and gross.
That's why when I got the opportunity to review NeoStrata's Exuviance Targeted Filler T5, I jumped at the chance. This revolutionary treatment is formulated with patented CitraFill™, NeoGlucosamine® and Matrixyl® Peptides to help stimulate collagen and help reduce the look of deep lines and wrinkles over time. The special high-precision soft tip pen allows you to apply Exuviance Targeted Filler T5 directly to problem areas, delivering highly targeted benefits that go beyond your daily antiaging skincare regimen. In our clinical study, 93% of participants reported overall signs of aging were less noticeable after just 8 weeks of twice daily use.
When I received the Exuviance Targeted Filler T5, the first thing I noticed is that it looks a lot like a giant syringe. Without the needle or the pain, of course! The reason the product comes in this form is so the user can apply the product to problem areas easily and effortlessly, without any waste. You simply push the plunger in to dispense product. It locks into place when not in use to avoid leaking or spilling.
I have been using this product for a few weeks now, and I have noticed that my one annoying line does look a bit less pronounced. It seems that the Targeted Filler T5 is actually plumping the skin in my forehead and causing my pesky wrinkle to gradually disappear.
Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It's easy to use, doesn't leave a sticky residue, and absorbs quickly into the skin. It also definitely helps minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Is it as dramatic as Botox? No, probably not. But the results are dramatic, and it's far less expensive than cosmetic procedures. Not to mention safer, too! I would definitely recommend the Exuviance Targeted Filler T5 to anyone who wants a little help looking younger and more radiant.
