![]() Anyone who knows my family knows that we are big fans of rock music. (Well, I like almost all music, but the hubby is into hard rock.) It seems that his bad-@ss attitude is being passed on to our 2 year old diva, Sophie. She definitely has an edge to her. She's fearless, opinionated, and even does some rocking out of her own when we put music on. Yes, she even headbangs! I definitely see mosh-pits in her future, if we ever choose to let her leave the house as a teen. This is still very much up for debate between her over-protective father and I. Not only does Sophie have the rocker-chick attitude down to a T, she also has rocker style. Sophie absolutely loves clothing and accessories that have an edge. Pretty, frilly pastels? No way! My daughter loves bright, vibrant colors like hot pink, red, and of course, basic black. She also loves funky hats, animal prints, tutus, pettiskirts, and band tees. Yep, I feel a few gray hairs coming on. My baby is starting early! As long as she doesn't break out the fishnets or pretend to be a vampire, I think she'll be just fine. I must confess, I do adore edgier, punk-rock style clothing on little ones. Something about it is just too darn cute! It's not always easy to find these styles for itty-bitty people, though. I have had to search high and low to find rock and roll clothing for my babies. One great place I recently discovered is Baby Rock Apparel. Baby Rock Apparel is a boutique that specializes in providing trendy clothing for infants and small children. Baby Rock Apparel was among the first baby clothes manufacturers to offer hip baby clothes with an edge for boys and girls. The market is crowded with followers, but Baby Rock continues to lead the pack with innovative stylish designs on one-pieces, t-shirts, hoodies, caps and beanies. Baby Rock Apparel can be found online as well as in over 200 boutiques in the United States, Canada and Europe. Making much more than a fashion statement, Baby Rock Apparel donates a portion of its profits to The Pediatric Cancer Foundation. Now I don't know about you, but I love a company that gives back, especially to such a worthy cause. Luckily, my kids are healthy, but not all little ones are so fortunate, and childhood cancer is something that definitely needs more research and funding. No child should have to suffer from cancer, and hopefully one day this will be a thing of the past. Check out some of my favorite offerings from Baby Rock Apparel: ![]() The awesome folks over at Baby Rock Apparel sent me their B is for Bob tee for my review. Sure, B is for Ball....And for Butterfly...and for Bug...But who can forget the legend, Bob Marley?! I am a HUGE Bob fan and have been for years. I remember being a teen, sitting innocently (yeah right!) with a group of friends and listening to Bob. Ahh, good memories. Of course that was a LONG time ago before I grew up and became a mother. Any mischief will be vehemently denied, folks. At the ripe old age of 30, I am now June Cleaver, reincarnate. Anyway, I absolutely love this tee. It's a vibrant shade of royal blue, and is definitely high-quality. Sophie loves it, too! She is currently learning her ABC's, so she recognizes the letter B and will go around shouting "Beeeee....Beeeeeee.....Beeeee" as she wears this shirt. I even taught her how to say Bob! Just so she'd have the whole Bob Marley experience...Okay...Maybe not the WHOLE experience...I cranked up my Bob Marley Legend CD and gave Sophie her first official taste of Jamaica, Mon. She loved it! Bob Marley's songs are very melodic and perfect to dance and sway to. She looked so cute bopping around to "One Love" while rocking her B is for Bob tee from Baby Rock Apparel. Another added bonus? Since this tee is wonderfully unisex, it can be passed on to my 1 year old, Xander, when Sophie outgrows it! Overall, I am totally loving Baby Rock Apparel. They offer some of the cutest, trendiest rocker-style apparel made especially for the little ones in our lives. Sure, flowers and hearts are cute, but KISS is even cuter, in my humble opinion! I would definitely recommend Baby Rock Apparel for any of those babies with attitude, like mine! My only complaint? They don't carry any Doors merchandise. As I am absolutely obsessed with Jim Morrison and The Doors, I would have loved to see a tee featuring them. But that's just me, haha. Anyway, definitely hop on over and check them out! They have something to suit everyone, from band tees, hoodies, footwear, hats, and even tutus and pettiskirts! With Baby Rock Apparel, your baby is sure to be the coolest kid on the playground! We gave my son and his wife a baby shower this weekend. He just went crazy over the black fedora hat with the skull on the side. It is such good quality. I would like to buy it for him in an adult size. Do they make it in adult sizes? I hope so.
