It's that time of year again, folks! The air is getting downright frigid, noses are starting to run, and I've even heard quite a few coughs while I was out and about yesterday afternoon.

We load up on chicken soup and water and run a humidifier. OTC all natural cough and cold syrups are taken by dd and I usually use the generic of the Advil cold & sinus!
