***Disclosure: As a Peppa Pig Parent, I receive information and products to facilitate my posts. All opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** Summer is here! Well, sort of. Here in the Cleveland, Ohio area, this summer has been very rainy and full of tons of severe weather, including tornadic activity. So unfortunately, most of our time has been spent indoors staying dry. The kids have not been too happy about it, either. I honestly can't say I blame them, though! Finally, the rain stopped and the sun came out. Sophie and Xander were absolutely thrilled that they could head outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Of course, they took some of their favorite Peppa Pig toys out to play with, too. (They just LOVE this adorable little swine!) After all, everything is more fun with your favorite friends, right? We received some really fun new Peppa Pig products, all of which are perfect for summer play. Included were the oh-so-cool Peppa Pig Tree House Play Center with Ball Pit, an adorable Peppa Pig Rainy Day Doll, complete with raincoat, hat, and wellies, and even a fun storybook, "Peppa Pig: Peppa Goes Swimming". Sophie and Xander were SO excited to play in the Peppa Pig Tree House Play Center with Ball Pit. This is easy to set up, and inflates rather quickly, even if you're blowing it up with your mouth because your husband somehow misplaced the air pump. We had it ready to go in just a few short minutes. Included with the play center are 45 small, colorful plastic balls that kids can juggle, throw, and roll around in. Sophie and Xander had a "Ball War", and it was so much fun to watch them play! Sophie ended up winning, but fun was had by all. Since the Ball War exhausted my kiddos, they decided to settle down for a good story. Sophie, who is an excellent reader, read "Peppa Pig: Peppa Goes Swimming" to Xander. The kids loved the cute summer-themed story, and of course, all of the colorful Peppa Pig illustrations. The kids also enjoyed playing with the Peppa Pig Rainy Day Doll. She is well made, adorable, and the rain gear is easy to put on and take off, even for the smallest of hands. Now Sophie and Xander want some bright yellow rain coats, hats, and wellies of their own. I may just have to get them some, since it's been so rainy here in my little Ohio town. We have had so much fun playing with Peppa Pig this summer! My kids flip for anything Peppa Pig related, so these summertime goodies were the perfect recipe for fun in the sun.
Do YOUR kids like Peppa Pig, too? Good news! These products are now available for sale, and are sure to make any little ones' summer more fun than ever!
