***Disclosure: I received complimentary samples to facilitate my review. No other compensation was provided and all opinions are 100% honest and have not been influenced in any way.*** This sleepy guy here is my husband. Yes, he is sleeping with a stuffed animal as a pillow. It wasn't time for bed, and he claimed he was just "resting his eyes for a second." Famous last words in this house. Here's my husband snoozing again, this time sitting upright. Of course he denied he was going to sleep. He's never going to sleep, according to him. Even my Yorkie, Trouble, didn't buy it. I couldn't resist taking this photo. It's as if Trouble is saying, "Come on, Daddy....Not again! I want to play!" Yep. My hubby has the enviable ability to pass out anywhere, anytime, and in any position. He works hard, so I know he's often tired. I still can't help but feel jealous that he falls asleep so easily. As soon as he gets even the slightest bit comfy, he's out like a light. I am not quite that lucky. When I try and fall asleep, no matter how tired I might feel, it takes hours. I toss and I turn, and usually end up catching reruns of Cheers and Frasier at around 3:00 AM. (Yep. These shows are still on TV, they're just aired when no one is awake to watch them....except for yours truly.) I have only tried sleep aids once, and that was when I was 9 months pregnant with Sophie and absolutely miserable. I hadn't slept in 9 days, and was completely cranky and delirious. My family says I turned into the "Preggo-Demon-Monster." My doctor took pity on me, and I was prescribed a low dose of Ambien. It was an awful experience. I started sleep walking, and even tried to leave the house without pants on. (True story.) My husband literally had to babysit me when I took it to make sure I didn't wander out of the house! So when I learned about Glysonna, an all-natural "sleepceutical" that is safe, gentle, and non-habit forming, I was eager to give it a shot. I truly believe that nature provides all we really need, so I am inclined to trust these products more than I do prescriptions that are full of ingredients I don't understand and undesirable side-effects. Glysonna is a drug-free sleep aid, glycine fortified with added wellness nutrients which helps you to reach restorative sleep by: a) Triggering relaxation. b) Sustaining sleep. and c) Initiating the natural sleep process. Glysonna's proprietary sleep blend includes the following active ingredients that are sure to help you fall asleep and stay asleep: Glycine, L-Theanine, Jujube Extract, Phenibut, Hops Extract, Passion Flower Extract, Cinnamon Extract, and Melatonin. This Gluten-Free formula is also fortified with a unique formulation of wellness nutrients like Niacin, Vitamin B6, Vitamin D, Inositol, Magnesium, Zinc, and Selenium. If you pay attention to nutrition like I do, you are probably well-aware of how beneficial these nutrients are. Also, rather than making you feel "drunk" or "woozy", Glysonna helps you feel relaxed, like you want to go lay down. It's a very subtle effect, but definitely works. I have been taking Glysonna every night for a couple of weeks now, and I have found that I am falling asleep much more quickly, and I am not waking up 5 billion times a night. (Hallelujah!) Glysonna also allows you to achieve a deeper sleep than traditional sleep aids. Many sleep aids knock you out, but you don't experience true REM sleep. This often means waking up feeling groggy and generally out of sorts. Glysonna gently eases you into a deep sleep, and even sustains this sleep, allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed and well-rested. Oh, and I should also mention, this stuff tastes good, too. Normally supplements have a somewhat funky taste to them. Glysonna has a pleasant, herbal, almost fruity taste that's not at all overwhelming. I still can't fall asleep at the drop of a hat like my husband can. I doubt that will ever be the case for me. But since I've started using Glysonna, I can say with absolute certainty that the quality of my sleep, and my life in general, has definitely improved. I feel much more rested and wake up in the morning feeling alert and ready to start my day. I have also found that by mid-afternoon, I am not groggy and irritable anymore. (I guess that's because I am finally enjoying a proper night's rest!) If you have trouble sleeping like I do, I would definitely recommend giving Glysonna a try. It's safe, gentle, and very effective. Just 2 tablespoons every night before bed, and you're sure to be lulled into a deep, refreshing sleep. Of course you'll want to consult your physician before taking any supplements to make sure the ingredients won't interfere with any existing conditions or medications you might be taking. Overall, I think this is a great product, and definitely give it 2 thumbs up. How to Connect : You can learn more about Glysonna on their website. You can also connect with them on Facebook and on twitter to stay on top of their latest products and promotions. Enter to WIN : I am thrilled to announce that one lucky reader will receive TWO bottles of Glysonna to try for themselves!

I have big problems falling asleep. I go to bed at around 12am and find myself awake until 3am. I hate that my girlfriend instantly falls asleep, and worse yet she snores, which makes me even more frustrated when I can't sleep. All I can do to try to relax is watch movies and TV inbed.

I sleep fine, but my husband works shifts and has horrible sleeping habits. He can't take any sleepaids that would come up on a drug test, so this would be perfect.

I have always had insomnia but with my new meds that help everything else, they made my insomnia worse. Sometimes I just don't sleep at all. I'd love to try this. Staying awake for 2 days then sleeping 6 hours and repeating is just crappy to be honest. No nice way to put it LoL

Going to sleep is not that difficult for me but staying asleep is. I have Osteoarthritis in my neck and I wake up about every 2-4 hrs so I definitely think this would be a product that I would use to get a good restful sleep!
