We recently moved from  Virginia to Ohio. I have to admit, it was a rough trip with the kids since it was 8 hours in the car with 2 restless toddlers. They got a little bit fussy, since their car seats weren't too comfy during such a long trip. They slept a good portion of the drive, but whenever I looked back to check on them, their necks were cocked in odd positions. This lead to cranky babies when they woke up, since I'm sure their little necks were sore.

I wish that we had SeatPets during our move. It would have made things so much easier, and my kids would have been able to ride in comfort. What's a SeatPet? It's an awesome, plush pal that is specifically designed to keep kids comfy and cozy during car rides. These awesome companions simply fasten onto the seatbelt offering little ones a soft, cuddly place to rest their sleepy heads. It even has some special, zippered compartments perfect for stowing away snacks, toys, and other travel essentials.

The SeatPet has received several prestigious honors including: Creative Child 2012 Product of the Year, Dr. Toy 100 Best Children’s Products 2012, and The National Parenting Center Fall 2012 Seal of Approval Winner.

The SeatPet is available in 3 great characters, Whish, Awty (Are We There Yet) and Airheart. They are colorful, friendly, and oh so cute. We received the Airheart SeatPet to review, and my kids absolutely love it! Not only do they snuggle their SeatPet in the car, they also tote him around while playing in the house. I can't say I blame them, since the SeatPet is so incredibly adorable!

Take a look!

I love the colors and his friendly smile!

We love the compartments!
The only complaint I have is that Sophie and Xander fight over their SeatPet, so we have to make them take turns with it. With 2 kids currently experiencing the "Terrible Two's", this has not been fun at all! I am thinking we'll have to have another SeatPet under our Christmas tree this year!

Overall, we are really enjoying having our SeatPet as a travel companion. It's soft, lovable, and keeps my kids from falling asleep in seemingly unnatural and uncomfortable positions. I can't believe someone didn't think of this sooner! So if you travel a lot, especially with the upcoming Holiday season, I would definitely recommend getting a SeatPet to accompany your little ones on the trip!
