I remember one year my daughter wore my heels with her witch costume, well apparently she broke the strap so I had to give her my tennis shoes and I walked around barefoot cold and all just so she could finish trick or treating.

When our girls were babies and we dressed them up! I never really did much for Halloween as a kid, so it was a special moment when our kids had their first Halloween.

Halloween is not the way it used to be. When I was a kid we would not go out before 7pm and we did not worry about getting candy from strangers. Everyone is so afraid now and people are ending trick or treating early in fear of pissing off their neighbors.
