The awesome folks at Ten Fingers 4 Paws sent me their beautiful Tree of Life Growth Chart for my review. This wooden growth chart is made of Baltic birch plywood (the most sustainable plywood around), soy based inks, and finished with a whey based coating. So yes, it is totally eco-friendly. Inch demarcations on front are left blank so that families can hang the chart as high or low as they like! Measures: 44" long x 9" wide x 1/2" deep. This chart is also meticulously made in the USA!
When our growth chart arrived, I was immediately struck by the sheer beauty of the piece. The painting is stunning, and I love the way the colors blend together. It is truly a work of art. The Tree of Life Growth Chart is available in 4 different color options, so it's sure to fit seamlessly into any decor.

When our growth chart arrived, I was immediately struck by the sheer beauty of the piece. The painting is stunning, and I love the way the colors blend together. It is truly a work of art. Very nice size and I love that the inch marks aren't numbered, extending the life of the product.
The towering tree is vibrantly colored and there is great attention to detail. I love the shading on the leaves and the way they contrast against the pale blue background.
This chart also includes a hanger on the back as well as sticky pads that will adhere to the wall. How you hang it is completely up to you!
I tried my best to get my soon to be 3 year old daughter, Sophie, to stand still long enough for me to take a picture of her next to the chart. She was not at all happy about this and didn't want to stand still. (As you can see from the photo below!) I am including this picture to show how tall the chart is in comparison to an average sized toddler. There is plenty of room to grow!
Overall, we love our Tree of Life Growth Chart from Ten Fingers 4 Paws. It's very well made, totally creative, and kind to the environment since it's crafted from sustainable materials. It just doesn't get much better than that! I can't wait to mark my toddlers' heights over the years and chronicle their growth on this chart. It's such a beautiful piece and is sure to be a conversation starter when we have guests over to the house.
I have a feeling I will be shopping at Ten Fingers 4 Paws soon. I have my eye on their Play Safari Lounge Bed. This would be awesome for my Shih-Tzu, Bear! Or maybe my Yorkie, Trouble....Decisions, decisions....Thankfully this great shop has tons to choose from so I will be sure to find something for everyone on my gift-list!
