My daughter Sophie will be 3 on New Year's Eve. Even at such a young age, she knows she is a Princess. She makes sure to tell us this every single day. The generous folks at My Princess Academy by Almar sent us this beautiful Sequin Dress with Tulle and Rosettes for our review. When the package arrived, Sophie was over the moon with excitement. She grabbed the dress and hugged it! (Yes, really!) She barely gave me time to photograph the dress before insisting that she put it on to be a "Cute Princess".
The dress is very well made and has a bit of stretch to it. This is great since Sophie should be able to fit into it for quite some time. The sequins are very securely attached to the bodice, and the rosettes are such a pretty, feminine detail. I also love the tulle. It's very graceful looking and is a lovely, delicate shade of lilac.

Isn't it adorable?! I know when I was little, about a zillion years ago according to my preteen, I would have loved to have a dress like this! Too bad they don't make them in adult sizes! Sophie couldn't wait to try on her dress. We were also sent a fun coordinating wand to complete the look. Check out Sophie playing the part of a Pretty Fairy Princess. She's a natural, if you ask me!

Overall, we are absolutely thrilled with our My Princess Academy by Almar experience. Sophie adores her dress-up clothes, and we love seeing her so excited. I love the quality and value that Expressions by Almar offers, and I plan to expand her dress-up wardrobe with more of their great designs soon. As a matter of fact, I think Santa just might leave a few more under the tree this Holiday season!
