True beauty comes from the inside...We've all heard that statement before. It's true in more ways than one. Sure, those with kind hearts and generous spirits tend to literally glow. But did you know that there is actually a scientific basis for this statement, too?

Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder but science suggests you can influence that eye. The influence happens on the Outside -via topical creams - and on the Inside - via dietary supplements.

The idea of "Beauty From Within" has been well known amongst dermatologists, scientists and, of course, most women. Now there is clinical evidence that a simple solution, a lutein-based cream and supplement, can have a dramatic impact on achieving beautiful skin and thus, influence the eye of the beholder.

That's right! Beauty and maintaining a youthful appearance begins at a cellular level. If your body is nourished and given the proper supplements, the skin will actually become clearer, brighter, and more radiant. Those pesky fine lines and wrinkles will actually fill-in, too! Well, to a certain degree. Nothing will be as dramatic as cosmetic surgery, but there are products that will definitely provide very noticeable improvement with continued use. Wrinkles and lines can become smaller and less pronounced, taking years off of your appearance. Now who wouldn't want to look years younger? I know I would!

One of these amazing products is a brand new beauty system called On-In Beauty. This company harnesses the benefits found in Marigolds, a naturally sourced ingredient that does wonders for the skin because it contains the antioxidant  Lutein. Marigolds are the new, natural source of clinically proven skin health. Both the On-In™ Beauty cream and supplement contain Lutein a natural antioxidant sourced from marigolds.  Lutein achieves fast absorption into skin cells to deliver demonstrable improvements in hydration, elasticity and UV protection.

Check out this video to learn more about how On-In Beauty works!
Recently, I received a supply of On-In Beauty to try for myself. I have always been a firm believer in the power of nature, so I couldn't wait to use this system and see how it did. I have to also admit, I am a bit of a skincare and cosmetic junkie. I take loads of supplements, and use lots of great skincare products. So I know a good product when I see one.

My On-In Beauty package arrived quickly and came in a pretty pink box. I know, packaging doesn't really matter, but I like things that come in pretty boxes. It makes me more eager to try them for some reason!
Here is the supplement. As you can see, it's small and easy to swallow. There's no unpleasant aftertaste associated with these pills, which is a huge bonus. Some natural supplements like DHA or Oil of Oregano capsules can leave a horrible taste behind. These pills also don't cause any stomach issues, which is also great. And you only need to take one a day!
Next is the topical cream. This cream is very, very rich and luxurious feeling. A little bit goes a very long way. What is on my hand below is more than you'd need to cover your entire face and neck area. I just used a bit more to show the consistency of this cream. It's not watery or runny at all.
Another thing I love about the cream is that it has a very light, clean scent. I don't like things that have artificial, chemically smells to them. This cream absorbs very rapidly and leaves the skin soft, perfectly hydrated, and refreshed feeling. I use this cream both during the day and at night. I apply it after I wash my skin with a good facial cleaner.

So far, I have been very happy with my On-In Beauty experience. While I don't have any wrinkles to speak of, I have noticed that my skin is brighter and more radiant. It's also very soft to the touch. This is saying a lot since I have been running on almost no sleep for the past several weeks due to our recent move out of state. Usually under stress my skin suffers. On-In Beauty is helping to ensure my skin looks its best, even under high-stress situations. I think it's definitely worth trying, and I plan to continue using these products myself!
